Procedure development, personnel training 

New business processes built at a facility in the course of efficient solutions implementation will require personnel to make certain changes in the way normal procedures are executed. To bring such changes into effect and make new processes truly beneficial, the personnel needs to be coached on working in new conditions.

For that we suggest the following actions:

  • Development of new job instructions or revision of old job instructions for teams affected by the optimization. This is an integral part of new business process development.
  • Orientation training. This is required for more efficient implementation of process optimization initiatives and programs. Orientation course 1 day long (at the management discretion) can be conducted with the entire company personnel engaged in processes.
  • Advanced training. To enable independent work on Client processes, Client own specialists can be trained in Lean Six Sigma optimization methodology, such training can take 6-7 work days. 

Training will be provided by highly qualified specialists with more than 20 years of experience of work and efficient methods implementation at major projects in Kazakhstan and worldwide.
